REDAS ACTIVITIES
AN INCLUSIVE & PROGRESSIVE ASSOCIATION
Each year, the Association organises social events and networking sessions to bring members and various stakeholders in the industry together to reinforce their close and active partnership.
Increasingly, as companies offer a vibrant environment where their employees, especially the X and Y generations can focus not only on their career, but also achieve a good balance between work and play, REDAS expands its activities to include dragon boat races and bowling competitions to boost engagement among the younger members and better mobilize a wider participation in REDAS activities.
The Association also organised a series of “REDAS Conversations” and “Town Hall Forums” to engage members and various stakeholders in the real estate industry with the aim to foster a deeper understanding of the challenges in property development and develop the esprit de corps.
