REDAS IDD Symposium 2022, themed "Enhancing Data-Driven Productivity across Developer Value Chain" was held on 17 November 2022. The Symposium showcased the REDAS Developer-Centric IDD Dashboard (DCID) and shared the IDD Implementation Guide for Developers. Mr Heng Teck Thai, Deputy CEO, Communications and Engagement, Building and Construction Authority was the Guest-of-Honour.

Industry experts at the REDAS Members’ Session, held on 7 October 2022, briefed participants on the  “Code of Practice on Chief Executives’ and Board of Directors’ Workplace Safety and Health Duties”, “Outcome-Based Security Services Contracts”, “Sustainability Innovations for Enhanced People Flow” and Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (AMLTF) Rules - Guidelines for Developers”

The Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) paid a courtesy visit to REDAS on  22 September. Both associations exchanged views on the property market and housing policies in Singapore and East Malaysia.

Supported by the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSH Council), the REDAS Safety Leadership Forum, held on 25 August 2022, enjoyed the support of by some 150 fellow members and guests. Speaking at the forum, Guest-of-Honour Mr Zaqy Mohamad, Senior Minister of State for Manpower said, “there is a pressing need to enhance measures to improve workplace safety on the back of rising number of workplace accidents.”

Themed “Surmounting Challenges, Capturing Opportunities”, the REDAS Property Market Update Seminar was held on 22 July 2022 at The Orchard Hotel.  Industry experts presented their analysis on the economic outlook as well as the different market segments in Singapore and the region.

REDAS 46th Annual Golf Tournament held on 15 July 2022 at the Singapore Island Country Club saw some 144 golfers, including Guest-of-Honour Mr Zaqy Mohamad, Senior Minister of State for Manpower & Defence. REDAS is proud to host this annual event to raise fund to help the less fortunate and foster strong and cohesive relationships within the REDAS fraternity.

The URA-REDAS Spark Challenge 3rd Edition Award Ceremony, themed “Enlivening Public Spaces” was held on  28 April 2022 at the Marina Square. Ms Indanee Rajah, Second Minister for National Development and Manpower graced the occasion as our Guest-of-Honour. The 5 winning prototypes - ‘Park Yourself’, ‘Colour Play’, ‘Fill My Little World’, ‘Cash Love Clout’ and ‘Symbiosis’, were transformed into experiential installations in participating pilot Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) and precincts for public enjoyment.
